Pretty chill and nice place to relax. Came by as I was looking to try an izakaya. Food was decent overall, though honestly some items are on the higher end price-wise — especially when compared to other izakayas I frequent. That said, their squid is superb. Easily one of the best I’ve had, for sure. One small downside is the early closing time, but that’s understandable since it’s in a residential area. We were hoping to drink a little later but had to move on to another spot. Friendly bosses and team, which made the experience pleasant.
Food is tasty. Pricing is a bit on the upper end. Service is good, seems the owner/s are on the deck also. Draft beer Yebisu is 330ml, would be good if there is a choice for pint. Worth a try if you are in the vicinity.
The food was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The drinks complemented the dishes perfectly, making the whole dining experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
I was looking forward to authentic grilled dishes but was disappointed as it all tasted very normal and “localized”. Portion is small for the price.
The food here was so good that we came back the next day to try new dishes! The dishes that impressed us the most were the roasted edamame with butter and soya sauce, stir fried green peppers with silver fish, chicken soup, oyako don, tsukune with egg yolk, tontoro yakitori and grilled onigiri. Service here was personable without being overbearing. Look forward to coming back to try new seasonal dishes!
