TINTO Spanish Restaurant at Dempsey Hill - Best Paella in Singapore

First time trying out this restaurant. Though I do not eat Spanish food frequently, I have heard positive mentions of the name Tinto previously. I must say that I was impressed with the quality of the food. It was delicious! Check out my photos. Hope they send you good vibes. I forgot to take pictures of some of the dishes. You can refer to the receipt for what my group of 6 ordered. In addition, the service was great. I forgot to thank the male waiter who served us. He was thoughtful and friendly in his service. We really appreciated it. 👍👍

Highly recommend Tinto if you’re craving authentic Spanish food! The seafood paella was absolutely delicious — rich in flavour, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh seafood. You can really taste the quality and attention to detail in every bite. Their desserts were amazing too and completed the whole dining experience perfectly. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and overall such a satisfying meal. Definitely one of the Spanish restaurants I would come back to again!

Food-wise, the highlight of our meal was definitely the prawn dish. It’s a must-order in my opinion. The prawns were fresh, well-cooked, and paired beautifully with the garlic oil, which added a rich, aromatic depth without overpowering the natural sweetness of the seafood. It’s one of those dishes where the simplicity works in its favor, and you’ll likely find yourself going back for more. The rest of the dishes we ordered were solid and enjoyable, contributing to a well-rounded meal. While nothing else stood out as dramatically as the prawns, everything was competently prepared and satisfying. Service was smooth and efficient throughout our visit. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and our food arrived at a good pace, which made the overall experience feel seamless. In summary, TINTO is a nice spot for a relaxed lunch, especially if you’re dining in a small group. It may not be overly flashy, but it delivers where it matters, good food, comfortable ambiance, and reliable service. And if you go, don’t skip the prawns, they’re easily the star of the menu. Overall why 4 Stars is because we ordered Churros but it's super hard, but the manager did not count the item as a bill and also gave us a small cake. It's a place I will visit again and will reassess if it is worth my 5 stars review.

Amazing experience! 🤩 The food was mostly fantastic especially the prawn dish – absolutely divine! 🍤 And the sangria? So good! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making everything feel so welcoming. The atmosphere was just lovely! ✨
