1st time visiting this lovely place. Some interesting items such as bacon wrapped lychee, grilled avocado and taopok. You can choose air con or outdoor dining.

It is a very cozy place to chill out with friends. Foods are really tasty and unique! Strongly recommended chawanmushi as owners added quail eggs, century egg and salted eggs. Basically i love all their foods on the menu! Potatoes salad, ngoh hiang maki, otah egg roll... etc... Service are really good as well... Sake, highball and beer are fantastic too! Reasonable price!

1st time to Skewer Bar. Simply fell in love with the place n vibe. A Japanese styled Izakaya bar. The owner n chef recommended some unique dishes like bacon tempura and ngoh hiang maki. The bacon tempura was crispy but not oily. You wouldn't even notice it's bacon. Goes so well with beer. The ngoh hiang maki rolled with prawn s also light n flavorful. A playful change from e usual mski roll. Love it! Monday n Friday offer 1 set for 1 set free oysters. We had e Canadian oysters. Yuzu n Ponzu tastes. The Bar has a good list for drinks. I like it that they serve e beer ice cold in a iced glass. Thumbs up. This s how beer should be. Drinks r reasonably priced. So are the food menu. U can choose to sit indoor or outdoor. Outdoor is great especially after November rain with e cool weather. This place s gem. Near to Aljunied mrt. No drink n drive 😅 Sure to come again.

Doesn’t disappoint. Great place to chill and hang out, doesn’t quite too noisy or rowdy. Good food, good drinks.

Interesting take on singaporean-ised izakaya. I recommend the skewers (lychee pork and meatball), homemade spam, ngo hiang maki. Service was ok, but i hope the young lady server can be friendlier. Price was ok, paid $69 for 2, but ordered no alcohol. Overall, I will come back! This place is a hidden gem.
