Nice place to chill after work that accepts CDC vouchers. A nice neighbourhood getaway just below the block. Food might be a little pricey depending on what you order. Outdoors are pet friendly, and you can bring your dogs there. Place is well ventilated and cool, an escape from the evening sg heat. I like the Summer drink very much(i forgot the name) - its a green fruity soda with little tadpole jelly bites in it - the tadpole jelly is very nostalgic for me. Their soup comes with toasted bread slices, and their carbonara is very tasty and creamy. For their brunch sets it is also quite tasty - their eggs benedict and smoked salmon with hollandaise eggs are quite nice and foolproof. Burgers aren't very good though, I'd recommend you try the non burger stuff. Waffles and ice cream are very good, and I think it is worth the value, there are a large range of ice creams to choose from.

Went on a Sat noon for lunch. Waited a bit before food was served. Soup was good, pork burger tasted like soy sauced minced pork. Cozy nice place, except tha food is on the salty side and will leave you thirsty after.

I live nearby and walked past forever, because I was always skeptical. Finally went on a Sunday noon. Food is good, however at this price point, it should be at this quality or more. I paid $29 total for a main and a side. (Did not order drink, no water is served either) A strange thing: I asked for mayonnaise for my fries and a male waiter told me it's $2. Er, 😟 are you for real? I tried asking the another female waitress and she gave me some without saying anything. I wasn't sure if this is due to having two 8 pax tables that are celebrating birthdays, or is this a one off thing. The staff did seem a bit overwhelmed with those tables. But even without the service mishaps, judging solely on the food and price, I will not recommend to anyone and I won't be returning.

Just had dinner with family at The Larder Cafe. First time visit. Like the food. The sirloin steak was juicy and thick. The pizza and the waffles are good too.

Food is of good portion. The burger bread has been toasted which is a nice gesture. The patty taste good and thick. Fries is very crispy. Teriyaki chicken pizza is a bit salty due to the sauce though.
