Our ID, Steven, displayed exceptional professionalism and patience throughout the project, delivering high-quality renovation work on time—and even ahead of schedule. Despite our uncommon request (shipping tiles and some materials overseas) and a few flip-flops in our decision-making, he was always able to accommodate our needs.
