31/5/26, nice to spend time with my elder son & GF at Spring Court. We have a wonderful lunch here. The food is quite exceptional, we ever order a champagne to cheers. The dim sum was very good plus we order a few type of dessert to try and share. The Yam paste was very good. The food highly recommended. The service staff were very attentive and serve us tea whenever it is empty. As we r early @ 11.00 we got a table at the ground level, there is a 2nd & 3rd level too. There some old photo regarding when they started, the decor between old & new. Overall recommend to come and enjoy their food especially.
We ordered half suckling pig and it was delicious tho a bit surprised at its small portion. Sweet and sour pork was easy to bite and tasty. Our favorite was the Turbot fish, it was surprisingly firm unlike other fishes that we usually eat here. The price is high but we think it was worth it. Yam paste was delicious too. Will definitely return again :)
We recently celebrated a birthday at Spring Court and had a truly delightful evening. The meal was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully executed. The broccoli with scallops was cooked to perfection. The roasted duck was exceptional, easily one of the best we’ve had — crisp skin, succulent meat, and deeply flavourful without being heavy. The roasted chicken was equally well done, tender and not overly oily. The Ee Fu noodles were fragrant and satisfying, rounding out the meal wonderfully. A lovely highlight was the complimentary longevity buns presented for the birthday celebration — a gracious and thoughtful gesture that added a special touch to the occasion. Service was impeccable throughout. The staff were attentive, frequently refilling our tea and water. The hospitality was warm, polished, and consistent from start to finish. A memorable dining experience!
impressive food. most of the dishes were very nicely done. Had a great meal and will be back for sure. Attentive service from the staff as well
Had a great meal — the Polish dishes were hearty and flavourful, and the Peking duck was definitely the highlight. Crispy skin, tender meat, and packed with flavour. A really satisfying dining experience overall!
