The service was absolutely wonderful—staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. It really made our meal even more enjoyable. The food is damn good. We ordered the supreme. And it’s literally free flow Wagyu. We ordered tons of Wagyu and they’re sent within 5-10 mins. We probably got like 30 over plates of Wagyu and devoured it. Huge thanks to Crystal, Harun, and Juwita for helping us set up the table promptly, changing the grill paper, topping up our soup base, and clearing the trash bin for us repeatedly. They showed great initiative to ensure that we had a pleasant time here. Excellent service and excellent friendly and hospitable staff!!!
Had an excellent dining experience at Seoul Garden Tampanise. The newly renovated restaurant. The food was fresh, delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. Special thanks to Manager Evan for the great hospitality and smooth service throughout our visit. Also, crew member Siti was very attentive, friendly, and helpful recomending the great sauce. Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!
Highly recommend this outlet - Seoul Garden Tampines Mall. There’s a wide selection of food for everyone. The service is excellent, very energetic and attentive staff. Crystal, Sam and Uncle Jun are very helpful to my group’s need.
Nicely revamped. Wide selection of ready cooked food, vegetables, fruits and animal proteins, has a chilled section for sliced beef. The customer services in Tampines mall outlet are helpful and friendly especially Evan and Crystal are exceptionally friendly and attentive, Crystal made a very dipping sauce which we loved. We are regular customers for TM outlet, before renovation, already providing quality services from existing staffs and managers. We had a very pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended especially after renovation.
