I would like to express my appreciation to the team at Sanook Kitchen for the excellent experience during our family dinner gathering on Tuesday, 16th June. We had a group of 34 pax, and the entire process was smooth from reservation to dining. A special thank you to Helmi, who assisted greatly with the reservation arrangements. He provided clear and prompt information, answered our queries patiently, and made the planning process much easier and less stressful. On the day itself, the staff were attentive, organised and accommodating despite our large group size. The food was served efficiently, and the quality was consistently good. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the meal and had a wonderful time together. We truly appreciate the professionalism and effort of the team in ensuring everything went smoothly. Thank you for helping make our family gathering a memorable and enjoyable one. Please extend our compliments and gratitude to Helmi and the rest of the team. My to go whenever I want a quick but satisfying lunch or whenever I want to meet up with friends. Great ambience for a chat and good food. Tried sea bass today and it’s juicy and mild. My fave dish is the basil squid with rice. The best !

The staff are very polite and courteous. We ordered the 4-pax set and my parents especially enjoyed the deep-fried prawn with salt & pepper.

Today (lunch, 20/4/26) is my second time visiting this shop in Tampines. The food tastes good, but during my first visit, three of us dined there and two ended up having diarrhea. Today, I decided to give it another chance. However, after finishing my meal, I saw a staff member climb up and stand on the counter to calculate items. She stayed there for more than 5 minutes, and I also noticed other employees cutting mangoes in the same area before that. After she came down, she did not clean or sanitize the counter at all. She was clearly aware that I, as a customer, had witnessed everything, but she simply ignored it and walked away. This kind of behavior shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and disregard for proper SOPs. It is very disrespectful to customers. I hope the relevant authorities will take this matter seriously!
