Came for dinner in a rainy monday. Wasn’t very crowded so service was pretty fast. The seabass with lime sauce was delicious as well as the prawn cake and kai lan. The thai ice tea was also done just right.
We ordered ala carte because I don't fancy spicy and tom yum. Nice fluffy rice, kai lan w mushrooms is nice, sweet and sour fish has crunchy texture and cashew nuts with chicken is not too bad. The ambience is very noisy. The decoration is such a way that amplified the noise level, which I am very distracted. Dishes were served fast, but drop lumps of rice on my bag. We were stranded there with no cutlery while trying to catch their attention for solid 5mins. While I was at cashier, I ask for pop corn, cashier told me pop corn for dine in. But I dont understand why i wasnt serve when I was dinning just now. This will be the last time I will patronise here.
We had late lunch here. Price was reasonable and the food were very delicious. However, service was not up to standard. After our meal and dessert, we asked the staff that we wanted to buy some takeaway dishes. She told us to order through the table QR code just like how we had ordered for our meal earlier. Then the food came served in dining in bowls. We told the server that we had informed we wanted takeaway and they had a commotion among themselves before passing to us the packed food. After payment when we were leaving the restaurant, we just noticed a Popcorn container stating that it is free for dining in guest. However, it was placed in a corner where diners will not be able to notice it. When my kid asked the staff that they wanted to get some popcorn, the staff told them that it is only for dining in. I believe the popcorn should had been placed where it is visible to the diners if it was for dining in customers. The staff could have also informed us that there are popcorn for the kids to take. As we had dined there, the staff should have been more understanding in allowing the kids to take the popcorn.
Service excelent and the food are soo good . All the staf are welcoming with smile and very kind . Will come back
