I have a great experience dining for the first time in jewel sanook kitchen. Me n family have waited for nearly about 45mins just to have the waterfall view seat. darren help keep watch out for the seats till the sitted customer left. He was patient throughout our dining requests. He attended to our every needs. He was very sincere in his service and smile all the way although i can see he busy serving other customers as it was a sunday night. I truly had a wonderful experience. Thumbs up darren!

The tom yum has always been my go-to menu item whenever I visit Sanook — whether here or at other branches — and once again, it absolutely hit the spot. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with just the right level of spice and tanginess. The fried prawn cake was also a highlight. The portion was generous, more than enough for both me and my mom to share. The prawns were juicy, the texture was just right, and the taste was simply delicious. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service. Veron, Iris, Roy, and Elias took such great care of us throughout the meal. They were warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything was served just right and that we felt welcome and comfortable.
