Had a wonderful evening at Revolution Bistro! The service was great – attentive and friendly throughout. The food is creative fusion at its best, and every dish impressed us. We tried the Sarawak white pepper crab stroopwafel with caviar ($20) was perfectly seasoned and fresh, the home-cured ocean trout ($19), and steak tartare with toasted sourdough ($36)was a real standout. Paired with two bottles of wine, it made for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for bold flavors and something different. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the experience at Revolution Wine Bistro. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere already set the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly memorable evening. The restaurant strikes a wonderful balance between being stylish and sophisticated while still feeling warm and comfortable. Every dish that arrived at the table felt thoughtful, creative and packed with bold flavours without trying too hard, which is something I truly appreciated. You can tell that a lot of care and intention goes into every element of the menu, from the flavour combinations to the presentation. The standout dishes for me were definitely the grilled sole fish, which had beautifully balanced creative flavours that complemented the freshness of the fish perfectly. It was delicate yet deeply satisfying at the same time. Another unforgettable dish was the “Hua Diao Clams” linguine. The sauce was incredibly rich, fragrant and comforting all at once, with the clams adding so much sweetness and depth to the pasta. It was one of those dishes that you keep thinking about long after the meal ends. I also really enjoyed the cold smoked engawa, which had such an elegant smoky finish and an amazing texture that melted beautifully in the mouth. Each bite felt refined and carefully crafted. What impressed me most was how the restaurant manages to elevate familiar Asian flavours in such a refined and modern way without losing their original character. The creativity behind the menu is very evident, but it never feels forced or overly experimental. Instead, every dish feels balanced, intentional and genuinely enjoyable to eat. Beyond the food itself, the service team deserves special mention. Everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout the evening. They were knowledgeable about the menu, happy to offer recommendations and made us feel very well taken care of from start to finish. Small details in the service really elevated the overall dining experience and made the evening feel even more special. Overall, this was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Singapore recently. Revolution Wine Bistro delivers not only exceptional food but also a complete dining experience that feels polished, creative and heartfelt. I would absolutely return again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and elevated dining experience in Singapore.

Came to celebrate Mother's Day due to the great reviews. Not sure if we came on a bad day or we had a little too high of an expectation and felt a little let down by the food. Food was good but not as fantastic as how the reviews said it was. We were really looking forward to trying the hua diao clam pasta and ordered 2 servings but it turned out just okay, didn't get what the hype was about. We enjoyed the truffle mushroom malfadine more and our favourite was the nasi lemak pasta. The desserts were interesting but tasted alright, nothing outstanding. They are skippable imo. The burnt meringue lime tart was unnecessarily complicated. Pandan madeleine was simple and crispy. Most unique dessert was the parfait and it has rum but tastes was okay.

Ordered a lunch set plus beef tartare. One of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Beef tartare is superb. The linguine, dessert and salad are truly great and satisfying as well. House wine selection is also very good. Will definitely patronise again.

$28.80 weekday set lunch at a sophisticated wine bistro! The restaurant is so elegantly decorated I thought it was part of the showroom. The set includes: • choice of pasta • salad or fries • cold beverage (iced tea, lemonade) or hot coffee SHARING 🐓 Chicken nuggets with tomato sriracha ($20)- nope, not those frozen kind. They make their own! 🍞 Sourdough bread, whipped seaweed butter ($8)- mum has been raving about this for weeks. Expectations met haha. PASTA 🍝 “Hua diao” clams linguine ($19.80) 🦐 Prawn sambal rosa tagliatelle ($19.80) 🐄 Black pepper wagyu mini steak bucatini ($22.80) 🍄‍🟫 Mushroom fricassee mafaldine ($19.80) I didn’t take photos of everything but generally delicious and rather filling. Just take into account preference of sauce and protein when ordering. DESSERT 💚 Pandan madeleine ($6)- perfectly done! Crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. 🍋‍🟩 Burnt meringue calamansi tart ($12)- well balanced sweet and tart flavours. 🧇 Gula melaka parfait stroopwafel ($4)- we got a hint of alcohol! All desserts are freshly made to order. If you are going in a group or have space for dessert, I would recommend trying everything.
