I chose this internet provider because I wanted to support a local business, even though it meant paying more than some of the larger providers. I truly wanted to back a company in my community. While the onsite technicians were excellent—polite, professional, and helpful—everything else has been a nightmare. I had ongoing issues with internet speed, and after several complaints, they upgraded me to a faster plan. That should have solved things. But after a couple of months, they downgraded my service without any communication, bringing the same problems right back. The worst part has been dealing with the office staff and management. From day one, it's been a cycle of false promises, poor communication, and outright deception. When I finally cancelled my service out of frustration, they somehow lost the cancellation, only to charge me for another month. I then had to redo the cancellation process entirely. Supporting local should feel good, but this experience has left me angry and disappointed. I paid more expecting better service and accountability. Instead, I got the opposite. Avoid at all costs. Refund for final month has been issued.

It's really refreshing to deal with a company whose service is so good, along with an awesome product. Super-fast home internet, good prices and both the office and service / install crew were amazing. Recommend them 100%

We have been with Redfox since they started in Mackay. We can not fault anything! From the friendly front of office staff that are very knowledgeable and helpful to the tech support both in person and online. They listen to what you need and most importantly they are local! and as a bonus - I’ve never had trouble with my connections! Win win!!

We have been with Redfox for 13 years. If we have any problems we ring them and they are on to me straight away. If can’t fix it they send someone out to rectify the problem. I moved house two years ago and they had me connected up before I even moved into the new house. I can’t fault Redfox. Speed wise is perfect
