We recently held our wedding at Raffles Marina and had a great experience. A special thanks to Elsie, who lent a hand in setting up the venue and coordinating our walk-in, especially since we didn’t have helpers. The kitchen team was also very thoughtful—they provided an extra portion for our VIP table when we had an additional guest. The bistro manager was attentive as well, ensuring our music performer received their pre-ordered food, and the next morning, he served us a lovely breakfast and even helped us take photos. Overall, we felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!
Came here with family for the sunset, then the food. But what surprised us was the excellent service provided, even cautioning us that we could have over ordered. Luckily we heeded his advice. And all members loved the food, none whatsoever was below standard; which is, to our pleasant surprise. We will definitely come back again.. for the food this time :)
Was a guest at Raffles Marina. Was not impressed one bit. Witnessed two men relieving themselves right off the dock. The water in the marina is littered with debris and should be skimmed daily. The men's locker room facilities is disgusting. I did not see anyone clean the place during my stay. Food was ok. Nice sunset views though.
Had my ROM here, the venue looks simply magical at night! The service was impeccable, thanks so much Elsie for being patient with our many questions and accommodating to our last min changes. The food was really good as well and had many compliments from the guests :) all in all, perfect!
Great place to go for a walk and see sunset in the west. Can get a view of the Bridge to Malaysia and Forest City from here. Plenty of Yachts and a huge Chinese style ship always docked here.
