We ordered the sweet and sour pork which was delicious 😋🤤 it was rich in flavour and got devoured in seconds by me and my family. It was the best dish! We order xing hua cao mee fen which was disappointing!It was plain, dry, and to make it even worse,the staff recommended us to order the medium size when we wanted to order the small and she said it was their signature dish.We also ordered the tofu, stir-fry beef and lor mee. Although the beef was not as nice as the others all of them passed my expectations as there were scrumptious 👍. Recommended dishes: Sweet and sour pork Tofu with prawn Lor mee

Food - Consistently good and homely food. We like it that they update their menu regularly and have seasonal dishes. They also have their regular dishes. Service - Warm and friendly. They do not rush you to take your orders. They also do not charge service charges. Atmosphere - Clean and spacious environment. We went during weekdays lunch time and it was quieter than the evenings and weekends. Overall we like the food, service, and atmosphere and have been coming here quite regularly for the food.

No wait for dinner walk in. Although restaurant seems a bit short handed as everyone is busy serving, staff are friendly & courteous. Food was served without much waiting time. Yellow croaker pairs well with their in-house chilli sauce. Garlic prawns vermicelli is a must order if you like garlicky vermicelli with fresh prawns. Cabbage rice in claypot with pork belly bits was perfect. Putien never disappoint as all their dishes are made with perfection:- 30% on chef’s skill and 70% on freshness of ingredients as advertised. One restaurant that we can visit for lunch, dinner or just to chill. It’s your lucky day if you can find a serving of cockles which is super delicious and always out of stock! Came to PUTIEN Tampines Mall for dinner. Overall, quite a nice experience. The place is clean, bright and comfortable, good for family meals or dinner with friends. The restaurant is also easy to find inside the mall, so it is quite convenient. We ordered a few dishes. Their seasonal steamed dish is only available during this season, and I like that PUTIEN has different special dishes every season, so there is always something new to try when coming back. The Steamed Clams with Minced Garlic and Herbal Prawn in Bamboo Tube seem quite popular, as I noticed many tables ordered them too. The clams were fresh and the garlic taste was nice. The herbal prawn was also quite special. The prawns were fresh, and the soup had a light wine and herbal taste. It was not too strong, very smooth to drink, and felt warm and comforting for the stomach. The Red Mushroom Chicken Soup was also nice and comforting, especially if you like soup that is light but still tasty. The stir-fried water lotus was fresh and crunchy. The fish was fragrant with garlic and spring onion, and the fried chicken was crispy outside and not too dry inside. Best part is No Service Charge, No GST, and we used the Grab Dine Out deal. Original bill was $127.60, after grab discount only $95.46. Really quite worth it. $127.60-15%-20%=95.46 Overall, good food, comfortable place and reasonable price. Will come back again.

I was impressed the foods were on our table less than 20 mins for first 2 dishes . Dinner Peak hrs . Customer services impressive.
