A SUPERB meal. My family and i have always loved PS cafe, but this was actually a standout! Firstly a big shout out to our amazing waiter Kelvin who was 10/10 attentive and very on top of service. Excellent service, thank you so much for serving us last evening. The food was WOW. Calamari - amazing as ever. The roast chicken - everything on that plate was *chef’s kiss*. The sauce and mash was to die for and chicken was perfectly cooked. And the salmon. Man. I don’t know what they did in the sauce but i could like that plate clean.. very good white sauce that complemented both perfectly cooked fish and vegetables well. Desserts - you never go wrong with the double blackout cake and sticky date pudding. Even the coffee that paired with dessert was great too. Will be coming back! You’ve just made yourself our number 1 place to go before theatre shows! Thank you!
First time trying out at the MBS branch and am very impressed with Dayah’s service, the food portion and quality (in terms of freshness), variety in the menu be it food or desserts, and the overall outdoor ambience. Indoor seating is on the cramp side. Especially love the pan seared barramundi with green curry and seafood pearl rice with broccoli bits. Slurped it down in less than 30mins! It’s super delicious, and the fish is fresh and pan seared to perfection! Coming to dessert, am spoilt with choices …and Ms. Dayah had been very friendly and helpful to give me a couple of recommendation. She had even offered to give me both caramel and chocolate sauces on the side with her highly recommended Sticky date pudding, as I did not want anything too sweet nor can I decide to go with chocolaty or caramelized dessert. Becos of this kind thoughtful gesture, I am able to try out both sauces and have better decision for my next visit! Highly recommended for anyone interested in light and delicious fusion cuisine over a small gathering with loved ones!
It was quite a walk away from the hotel building, but food here is definitely worth it. The mushroom soup tasted perfect & it pairs so well with their garlic bread (super crispy crust). Definitely get the truffle fries! We got the half portion & we didn’t even finish. The potion is really good here also. The meatball pairs really well with the Mafaldine pasta, it’s super well coasted & just really delicious. Didn’t try my boyfriend’s main, the roasted chicken, but it looks delicious too. Servers were attentive & polite, that’s always good to have!
PS Cafe’s pasta is one of the best I’ve ever had! I don’t usually order carbonara, but their version is definitely worth it. The bread crumbs and shredded cheese pair perfectly with the al dente noodles. Plus, I appreciate that the bacon actually has meat on it. I’ve been back for their desserts again. On our first visit, the sticky toffee pudding was unfortunately served cold. As you can see in the photo, the sauce didn’t soak into the cake, and it was very dry and hard to cut through. The manager, Dayah, was super friendly, and we sorted it out via email. She even gave me a complimentary toffee pudding. I tried it today, and it was amazing—soft, warm and moist. I devoured the whole cake in minutes! I really think PS Cafe has some of the nicest pasta and desserts.
PS.Cafe at Marina Bay Sands is a great spot when you want good food with a side of atmosphere. The space feels polished yet relaxed, perfect for taking a breather from the bustle of MBS while still soaking in the energy of the place. It’s stylish without trying too hard, and an easy choice for a casual but satisfying meal. Service is also really quick and efficient. Staff are all attentive. I had the PS Burger and the King Prawn Aglio Olio, and both hit the spot. The PS Burger was rich and indulgent — a juicy, well-seasoned patty layered with melted cheese and crispy bacon, all held together by a soft bun. It’s hearty, comforting and exactly the kind of burger you order when you’re not counting calories. The fries on the side were crisp and addictive, rounding out the dish nicely. Totally worth the $5 top up to truffle fries! The King Prawn Aglio Olio was lighter but still full of flavour. The pasta was cooked just right, coated in fragrant garlic and olive oil, with a gentle chilli kick that kept things interesting. The prawns were fresh, plump and generously sized, making every bite satisfying without feeling too heavy. Reservations in advance recommended.
