My dinner at Penang Culture in Terminal 1 was simply delightful! 🀩 The curry chicken was wonderfully flavorful, and the char kway teow was perfectly balanced. The freshly fried tahu goreng was a standout, and the long beans omelette and vegetable fried rice were also delicious. 🍜 The service was superb, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I'll definitely be back! βœ¨πŸ˜‹.

Went to Changi Airport Terminal 1 to send @chloecying off, so we decided to meet up earlier for some food and a good chat before her flight. ✈️ We stopped by Penang Culture to enjoy some local flavours and desserts before she heads back to England. Here’s what we ordered: πŸ₯€ Iced Wintermelon – for her, since she loves cold drinks πŸ₯£ Cold Snow Fungus with Ginkgo Nuts – another refreshing dessert she enjoyed 🍜 Penang Assam Laksa – shared with my SO, who loves the sour and slightly spicy kick of this dish πŸ¦ͺ Penang Style Oyster Egg – crispy and great for sharing πŸ₯œ Tahu Goreng – always a nice side to enjoy together The food was comforting and delicious, and as @chloecying mentioned, she will definitely miss the food from Singapore when she returns to England. Hope this meal gave you a little taste of home before your journey. Safe travels and see you again soon! ❀️✈️ #ChangiAirport #Terminal1 #PenangCulture #AssamLaksa #SGFoodies #SingaporeEats #LocalFlavours #AirportFood #FoodieSG #TahuGoreng #OysterEgg #ComfortFood #FarewellMeal #FoodMemories #mealsphotos @penangculturesg

Had lunch at Penang Culture at Terminal 1 on Sunday. They have a wide range of menu items from char kway teow to penang assam laksa. We ended up ordering the curry bomb (funny name of a dish in an airport restaurant πŸ˜…) and the belacan fried rice. Food came reasonably quick despite the lunch crowd and flavours were pretty authentic. Portion sizes were appropriate and filling. They offer self-service free flow water as well. Would like to compliment the service staff Jun Hao who kept checking in if food and everything is okay, and went above and beyond to provide a free refill of curry as well.

Very yummy! The mixed veggies are vegan. The fried rice is made vegan.

24/12/25 2100-2200hrs. Total spend almost $70 for 2 person with 30 mins of waiting. Disappointed with the grouper, had a strong fishy ammonia taste which is the opposite of what a grouper is suppose to taste like. Turned off. Beef with scallions lack taste but edible. Bandung was super sweet. Only thing good was mapo tofu. Not worth it’s price. Will stop patronising this restaurant.
