First time here and overall it was good but a bit pricy especially their drinks. We had sandos (tamago and tonkatsu) and it was tasty but maybe we should have tried the other main dishes ie their soufflé, ochazuke or curry rice. Saw a lot of other customers ordering these. Coffee was pretty average. Maybe the Pineapple Americano would be nicer if there are more pineapple. Staff are friendly. Small cosy place, suitable for 1-4 pax. Anymore will be a bit of a tight squeeze. Near Velocity Mall, just a few mins walk.

Otter and Pebbles offers Japanese-inspired food that is both affordable and scrumptious. The portions are actually rather huge. We had the Soymilk Kakuni Udon, Hanburuku Ochazuke yuzu matcha and Goes Nut for Pistachio Soufflé. The soy milk udon was well-seasoned and the udon was springy. The Hanbutuku was hearty. Our favourite is the soft and pillowy soufflé with pistachio cream, crumbles and ice-cream. The place does get a little crowded with a fair bit of noise during peak hours. When the crowd has dispersed, you can enjoy the ambience though there’s a 90-minute dining duration.

Nice and cozy , japanese inspired cafe at Novena area. Park at the medical centre itself. We went on a sunday around 3pm w/o making reservations and were served a table without having to wait. But realized it is better to make reservations when I was seated inside, saw other patrons coming in with reservations. We are a group of 3 pax, ordered the Pistachio cream souffle, baco-mentaiko udon, fried corn rib, Katsu don , the tamago Sando, two coffee and one soda drink. I enjoyed the creamy chewy udon and the soft souffle the most. Pistachio cream was a first time for me over souffle and it was not overly sweet. Service was great too. Will come back again with family/friends.

Dining with otters is one of the best brunch experiences in Singapore! The atmosphere is very chilling, very suitable for weekend gatherings with family or friends. The staff are nice and helpful. Besides, the food portion is big, couldn’t even finish 2 mains with the dessert for 2 persons. Very recommend!

Visited Otter & Pebbles and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The Salmon Ochazuke was excellent — a comforting dish where you pour tea over the rice, which completely transforms the flavour with each bite. It’s light yet satisfying, and definitely something unique to try. I also ordered the Jasmine Cheese Tea, and it was just as impressive. Best enjoyed like a dirty latte — sip it without mixing at first to get the rich, salty cheese foam, followed by the fragrant, slightly sweet jasmine tea beneath. The balance of salty, floral, and sweet notes worked really well together. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to relax. Service was incredible too — attentive and friendly throughout. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality of both food and drinks makes it worth it. Overall: 4.4/5 ⭐
