Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I normally do not write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others from going through what I did. I hired Evgenia to design and develop a website for my business. We discussed the scope of work, timeline, and agreed payment terms. Based on her assurances and professional representation, I proceeded with the payment as agreed. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, the project did not progress as promised. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the communication gradually became inconsistent and unreliable. I was given multiple explanations and reassurances that the work would be delivered soon, but no functional website was ever completed or handed over. Over time, it became clear that the commitments made at the beginning were not being honored. I made several attempts to resolve the situation professionally — requesting either completion of the website according to our agreement or a refund of the payment. Neither solution was provided. As a client, this experience resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and significant delays for my business plans. Beyond the financial aspect, what disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and professional responsibility. I believe transparency is important in business, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend working with Evgenia.

I entered into a clear agreement: 50% payment upfront and the remaining 50% upon delivery. I fulfilled my part of the agreement, paying the initial amount in good faith. Unfortunately, the work was never delivered as promised. When I requested my project, I was asked to pay an additional 30% before receiving any deliverables—something that was never part of our agreement. This demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. The most concerning part is that a significant portion of the payment—the most important part—was taken, yet no meaningful work was provided. There was no adherence to timelines, no attention to quality or detail, and no respect for the trust placed in her as a professional. Evgenia’s behavior shows a clear disregard for clients’ needs and the responsibilities that come with taking advance payment. Based on this experience, I feel compelled to caution anyone considering hiring her. Financial loss and breach of trust are real possibilities if agreements are not followed. I am pursuing my rights and hope this serves as a warning: always ensure transparency, accountability, and professionalism before committing financially. I do not recommend working with this designer until she demonstrates the ability to honor agreements and deliver work in a professional and reliable manner.

In professional environments, reliability and accountability are not optional — and any inconsistency in these areas should be taken seriously.
