"Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I normally do not write negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to protect others from going through what I did. I hired Evgenia to design and develop a website for my business. We discussed the scope of work, timeline, and agreed payment terms. Based on her assurances and professional representation, I proceeded with the payment as agreed. Unfortunately, after receiving the payment, the project did not progress as promised. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the communication gradually became inconsistent and unreliable. I was given multiple explanations and reassurances that the work would be delivered soon, but no functional website was ever completed or handed over. Over time, it became clear that the commitments made at the beginning were not being honored. I made several attempts to resolve the situation professionally — requesting either completion of the website according to our agreement or a refund of the payment. Neither solution was provided. As a client, this experience resulted in financial loss, wasted time, and significant delays for my business plans. Beyond the financial aspect, what disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and professional responsibility. I believe transparency is important in business, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend working with Evgenia."
