Oliver's, easily recognizable by its yellow and blue sign, is a company that consistently provides prompt and accurate advice, even to our most demanding requests. They are always incredibly attentive and helpful. Our assigned representative, Mr. Koyama, is exceptionally meticulous in his work, always supporting us from the buyer's perspective until the house is completed. They even have a childcare space (with a certified childcare worker on-site), allowing us to focus on discussions without distractions, even on weekends. I highly recommend them, so if you're even slightly interested, please consider visiting them! 🙆‍♂️

They supported us from the very beginning of our home-building project. They were incredibly helpful in finding land and provided detailed support regarding loans. And because they always valued our feelings, we were able to confidently and happily proceed with building our home, believing that "our choice is the best!" Having a childcare worker on staff was also a huge help. My husband and I were able to seriously and wholeheartedly engage in meetings and other discussions. The time spent immersing ourselves in the image of our new life was happy, and I think it greatly increased our satisfaction after completion. The Zero Cube we chose has a kitchen in the middle of the first floor. It's a very efficient layout; we can always keep an eye on our children while in the kitchen, and other household chores get done more easily. Being able to bake cakes in my favorite kitchen... Yes, this is the kind of life I wanted! I find myself grinning as I look at the photos.

This was our second home, and we're incredibly happy that they built our dream home. My wife had a good impression of Mr. Omiyama, the sales representative, when she met with him. As we spoke in more detail, we discovered that we shared a similar approach to homebuilding, which was a deciding factor. We're grateful for the numerous suggestions they made, not only regarding performance metrics like insulation grade 6, airtightness C value 0.1, and seismic resistance grade 3, but also the stylish interior and exterior aesthetics. We're also overwhelmed with emotion, as they were able to realize my dream of having a basketball hoop in our garden. While there were a few mistakes during construction, they were quickly and satisfactorily resolved, which gave us peace of mind. We've only just moved in, but our satisfaction level is extremely high, and we feel confident that they'll deal with any future issues with sincerity. Thank you so much.

オリバーさんで建築いただきました。すごく理想的なお家で大変満足した生活を送ることができています。 モデルハウス見学からスタートしましたが、オシャレなデザインなのはもちろん、前日に見学を予約したにも関わらず、心のこもったおもてなしに感激したのを今でも覚えています。 私の担当である小見山さんは、最初から親身に相談に乗って下さり、常に寄り添った提案なのでこの方になら安心してお任せできるなと感じていました。また、私のお家づくりのこだわりが多いなかで、設計士の高野さんは要望を全て組み込んで下さって作成いただいたプランには脱帽でした。他のメーカーさんでは難しいことも、オリバーさんなら叶えてくれる。そう確信できたので迷いなく契約させていただきました！ 家が完成するまでいくつか工程があるなかで、その度に想い出をカタチにして下さるのも(写真撮影やアルバムなど)とても嬉しかったです。 娘がまだ小さいのですが、いつもきめ細かな保育をしてくださる明るい保育士さん。私の好みを理解いただき、提案してくださるコーディネーターさん。担当の小見山さんや設計士の高野さんだけでなく、他のスタッフさん方も本当に親切で人柄がよくて、そんな温かい方々に支えていただきながら夢のマイホームを叶えて下さったことに大変満足と感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです！！今後ともよろしくお願い致します！

The main reason we chose Oliver was the rapport we felt with Mr. Nakata, our assigned representative, and all the staff. We felt a strong desire to build our home with them, and that's what led us to sign the contract. They provide thoughtful advice not only on the house itself, but also on mortgages and financial planning. Every meeting has been enjoyable, and we're truly looking forward to the completion of our home. We appreciate your continued support.
