"We visited the store to purchase wedding rings. It was a Sunday evening, but we were able to enter and purchase without a reservation. We have visited Diamond Shiraishi's Kyoto, Gifu, and Nagoya main stores and have always received attentive service, and this store was no exception. In addition to explaining the rings, the concierge actively listened to us and our spouse, which helped us make a selection we will not regret. Thank you very much. I personally liked that the store is located in an arcade, so I could enter without an umbrella, even on rainy days."

"It was a wonderful shop in Toyama city. When I come back to Japan, I visited this shop with my husband for a making of a wedding ring. We had a great time. And also the staff was very kind. "Oliver's, easily recognizable by its yellow and blue sign, is a company that consistently provides prompt and accurate advice, even to our most demanding requests. They are always incredibly attentive and helpful. Our assigned representative, Mr. Koyama, is exceptionally meticulous in his work, always supporting us from the buyer's perspective until the house is completed. They even have a childcare space (with a certified childcare worker on-site), allowing us to focus on discussions without distractions, even on weekends. I highly recommend them, so if you're even slightly interested, please consider visiting them! 🙆♂️"
