Love the food here. There are many options and all are delicious, especially the Sambal chicken burger, pesto pasta(vegetarian), beef bolognese, and aglio olio. Its ambience as a vintage collector's shop is very calming. It sells many nostalgic things that were used over 30 years ago. Also provides a wide range of drinks. The game machines add to the vintage atmosphere.

Step into the 60s–80s at this vintage restaurant 🕰️ Old-school clocks, retro decor, even classic game machines – super nostalgic vibes! Food portion is BIG and worth it 👏 The mushroom soup is a must-try – super smooth, well blended, with a strong truffle aroma. So good! Will definitely come back for the food and the vibes 🤎

Searched for a nearby cafe and found Old Habits Cafe by chance. Food here was decent, not the best kind but at same time find no reason to fault anything on the food, it looks simple and get the job done in taste and huge portion. The place gives off a nostalgic vibe of old school and traditional olden times. I find this cafe cool, fun and nice to go to. Will recommend this cafe for the simple cafe food and the old school vibes.

Had their mushroom soup ($6.50): which has a blend of button & shiitake mushrooms with a dash of truffle oil. Mushroom flavour came through nicely — rich, earthy, & creamy, with mild truffle notes. Wagyu beef Carbonara ($17.90) had spaghetti tossed in an egg cream sauce & topped with tender, juicy striploin beef & a poached egg. The beef was well-cooked & flavourful. (chicken thigh option available !!) We also had Simply Salmon ($16.90): which was spaghetti done Aglio Olio-style and tossed in spicy belachan chili paste, topped with pan-seared salmon with crispy skin. The cherry tomatoes added a burst of freshness, and the rocket leaves balanced the spice. Portion was decent, with options for less spicy or non-spicy versions. Kimchi Dumplings ($6.90) was served on a bed of greens — crisp on the outside, juicy inside, & full of that kimchi kick. Ended off with a Honey Citron Yuzu ($4.90) drink which was lightly sweetened with a bright, prominent yuzu flavour that’s refreshing & well-balanced. Had the privilege to be invited for their upcoming annual vintage market (@ SAFRA Multi-purpose Hall & Outdoor Areas) which honestly impressed me. 40 curated vendors, rare collectibles, retro arcade game competitions, workshops, & lots of family fun — all in one nostalgic weekend !! You can expect unique finds — real collectors (most without physical stores) selling one-of-a-kind treasures, fun retro arcade game competitions to play classics like Street Fighter, Metal Slug & Bomberman & win attractive prizes, PLUS exclusive SAFRA membership perks!! We tried the Smoked Duck Bogarde, Classic Chicken Chop, Salmon in Lemon Butter Sauce, and Truffle Mushroom Soup from their café — all delicious and beautifully presented. The best part? Old Habits Café is hosting a Vintage Market from 21–23 November 2025, featuring over 40 curated local vendors offering unique vintage treasures. This year’s theme, “Nostalgic Creators & Toys,” celebrates Singapore’s cultural icons along with local artists and toy designers.
