Food was very yummy and came super fast. Service was very attentive and friendly. Pricing is clear and kept to during billing. What might be telling is that Kanna was so sweet to our kids. Not only did he talk to them (without being intrusive) during our meal, he was generous with sharing more keropok when my son cried because he had his keropok snatched by my daughter. This happened after our meal and was already outside the restaurant. The small things matter. We will definitely be back!
2nd time here for department birthday meal & food was amazing as usual. ordered about 10 dishes and everything was just so palatable & their crabs were the freshest we've tasted. servers (especially mr kanna) were attentive despite the crowd. a highly recommended halal seafood place with family & friends! will definitely visit again!
Picked this jumbo place as we friends who don't eat pork. Thought wouldn't measure up to normal jumbo standards but the food is surprisingly nearly as sumptuous. We didn't order chilli crabs but order the bread with just chilli crab sauce instead, and enjoyed it a lot. Other dishes also pass musters. The Ipoh boy serving us was most obliging and helpful. All in, no complaints. Highly recommended for Muslim and non pork eating patrons.
I only have good things to share about Mutiara. First visit and won’t be the last. We were early for lunch, service was quick and food came out very quickly as well. The food was really good. Every dish was tasty, I personally thought the fish and the hor fun was outstanding. Staff was attentive and also helpful. We were celebrating a happy occasion and this meal really made occasion a happy one.
Our experience here at Mutiara is consistently pleasant and positive. Food is great. Char Kway Sotong and the Steamed Fish are our family’s favourite. Space and area is clean and extremely comfortable. Service is top top, especially from Benny Ng. Knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. Not forgetting very attentive too, with our needs. Good job Benny and team. Highly Recommended!
