Was here at 7.20 am and enquired about being able to pre-order here. Staff was extremely rude and unpleasant. Completely ignored me and refused to answer. At least have basic courtesy to acknowledge someone.

We went to your outlet last week, and a request for google review was asked for. fine. Today, another (uncle) staff asked for google review too which I informed that I have provided before. In response, he said "new year, can give new review." while stepping closer to me. Hello, it doesn't work this way. Instead, it is counter-effective to persuade customers for google review. You better check with him on his action. like want to pick a fight or argument for stepping closer after i informed nicely that given review before. what kind of attitude is that for persuading for google review?
