Occasionally we need that 'slightly bigger household appliances', and this is my go to place. This time round was for a washer/ dryer.. the sales staff is very knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, gave suggestions without being pushy, and I decided within minutes. Delivery was swiftly sorted, includes disposal of the old one, reminded me to use the 'climate vouchers'. So, it was a massive difference after their store discount and vouchers. Also, delivery was on time, they called before coming, the team was well trained, took out the old set and replaced in double quick time. He was also patient with me when I took time to clean the area before the new one went in. Before they left, made sure I did a quick 15min run on the washer :)

Purchased a washer, dryer, cooker hood, and induction hob here. Alvin, Joe, and their team made the entire process straightforward: honest advice, competitive pricing, and no pressure. Good customer service is not complicated, but it is rarer than it should be. This team gets it right. One caveat: Mega does not install cooker hoods directly and will refer you to a third party. The installer they recommended did a rushed job at night and cut the hood cover poorly. When given the opportunity to rectify the work, it became clear that the cut itself was the problem: irreversible, and not something that could be corrected after the fact. Replacement covers have been ordered. Still pending resolution at the time of writing. The purchase experience itself warrants five stars. The referral experience brings it down to four.

I've been a Mega Discount customer since 2018. I bought this washing machine online with Joe after my 8‑year‑old washer suddenly stopped working. My old machine was a Samsung 9kg, and this new model was great value for money, so I purchased a 9kg front‑load washer. Joe responded to my messages promptly. I requested a narrow delivery window, and he even called to update me personally. I placed the order on 29/01/2026 and it was delivered on same day. They also disposed of my old machine for me. Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to David and Bryan. I walked into the shop at United Square with no real intention of buying anything but their outstanding service completely changed that. David was incredibly helpful in recommending a Hitachi fridge. He patiently walked me through all the features even when I said I was just looking around, making sure I understood what would best suit my needs. His knowledge and guidance made the whole process stress-free for me. Bryan was just as impressive when it came to TVs. He clearly explained the different specifications between the LEDs, breaking down the pros and cons of each option so I could make an informed decision. I really appreciated how he made complex details easy to understand. Both of them were friendly, approachable and always had a smile. They were very generous in sharing their knowledge and made me feel confident that I was getting good value for my purchase. Their level of service honestly surpasses what I’ve experienced at many big brand stores. I ended up leaving with a great Hitachi fridge and an LG OLED 65” G5 TV and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend David if you’re looking for a fridge and Bryan for TVs. I’ll definitely be back when I need other items!
