It's aite if you just want somewhere to go and teach a little and earn money for a while. The learning curve is steep as heck and the students are fine if you like teaching. It's just that there are serious issues with comms (you can be asked to teach different subjects or topics out of the blue and no one really listens even if you are unhappy with it), everyone seems a little confused all of the time. As a local, I can testify for the comment on international indians having their own teaching methods and occasional clashes that will either be silenced or cannot occur in front of the students. There's very little career progression too and the admissions are not very strict, meaning it's mostly a place for people to do an entry level job before moving on to something better or a next phase of their life. If you keep it here for many years it's unlikely that you'll move up anywhere. So, like, decent stuff if you have reasonably low standards and just want to kill some time, but there are cracks in the system lah

As an Singaporean employee working there for at least 1 year, it's definitely not a place that local SGs will want to work there because of my own personal reasons and opinions of the place: 1)Too many international Indians and you will not feel comfortable there as you will not be able to make friends there because you won't even talk to them other than work. 2)The director is biased to the core. 3)The system is too rigid. 4)No team bonding events at all and even if there is a company dinner event, as the director is a vegetarian, he will host it somewhere in Little India which is not very ideal and this results in me and my old colleagues hosting our own team bonding event instead, very disappointing 5)6 days week, very shag 6)Too many conflicts going on, in Mathvision, there are so called incharges who doesn't even live up to their reputations. Sometimes, if locals SGs have their own unique way of teaching which clashes with the Indians, the Indians will not be happy and arguments occur. It may even bring in the director but he will side the Indians. Local SGs never win. So basically, if I need to do something beneficial, I have to do it discreetly without getting caught. Overall, this place is only suitable for Indians to work in my opinion. If you want to find a place to work as an educator with your contributions recognised, find some other local tuition centres instead.

Please do not join here as a part-timer, they do not treat part-timers well at all. They will expect you to perform well without any formal training and you might even get students during your "training hours" which are barely paid for (with a small allowance provided only). Moreover, they are stingy with their pay (calculating to the minute) and can ask you to just leave anytime they want while expecting you to finish work on your own time at home. All this while being paid a fraction of the revenue they are actually generating btw.

This place is like my dream come true. I went there with my friend Zong Han and found out that this company also does 1-1 tutoring mostly just like what I’m currently doing at this point of time. Keep it up Math Vision :)

Sucks I would put 0 stars if I could. Teachers are rude to my son and daughter and weird smell coming from studio. Teachers teach false information and are overly sensitive
