Mamma Mia Trattoria E Caffè (Jewel Changi Airport)

Will never dine here again! Not worth the $$ at all! Food was not that wow. Minestrone was too sweet, sea bass was bland and not warm. Only a few pathetic strands of mushrooms was on the pasta. And none of the 5 dishes I ordered was hot when served. What’s worse is order was placed at about 7pm and they only started serving the food at about 7.30, all food was only served after a more than a long 40 min wait. Expected lasagna to be served hot, it wasn’t anything near warm. Gave feedback to the staff, all he could say was the kitchen is small. Is that the diners problem? What I observed was they cook the same dish at one time. The table behind me came about 10 minutes after me, but they get the same dish as me at the same time! Atmosphere was good only because of the location.

Came here for a family meal and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! We had a perfect view of the Jewel rain vortex music fountain show right from our table, which made the atmosphere incredibly special and kept the whole family entertained throughout dinner. The food was just as spectacular as the view: • The Mains: The Truffle Mushroom Risotto was incredibly creamy and fragrant, and the Spicy Pink Tortellini had the perfect kick. The Chicken Carbonara Spaghetti was a massive hit with its rich, comforting sauce. • The Sides & Drinks: You can't go wrong with Truffle Fries (so addictive!), and the Cauliflower Gratin was beautifully baked and cheesy. The Caesar Salad added a nice, fresh balance, all washed down with a refreshing A&W Root Beer. Great variety on the menu, excellent portion sizes for sharing, and you truly cannot beat dinner with a view of the light and music show. We will definitely be back!

came here for lunch for my brother's birthday. all the food was really good (didnt get a picture of everything). i will always reorder the carbonara, milanese chicken cream spiced pasta, and truffle fries! staff were really friendly too! would definitely recommend to people & will come again.

Overall a 10/10 dining spot! I was served by Allan, and he was very responsive and efficient. All my dishes were served at the perfect timing, which made breaking my fast a smooth and pleasant experience. Really appreciated the great service!

Had a great dining experience here. The food was really nice and flavourful, definitely worth trying. The only downside was that it felt a bit warm inside, but overall still an enjoyable meal. Would come back again!
