Les Bouchons Steakhouse Rochester

Had a great dinner at Les Bouchons Rochester! Love that it’s pet-friendly and the food quality is amazing. We tried the Christmas Family Menu — charcuterie platter, homemade French onion soup, and a festive platter with wagyu sirloin, pork baby short ribs, 40 garlic chicken, and barramundi with yuzu cream. Everything was delicious. Desserts were a treat too, especially the apple tart with cinnamon gelato. Their wines were lovely, and the oysters with Redbull were surprisingly good! Definitely coming back to try more. Highly recommend!

great service team, chef also checks in with guests. food was good, enjoyed everything! had the bone marrow and french onion soup for our starters, tartare with baby potatoes and steak with fries for mains. they even offered us another batch of freshly fried fries, fries were great!

We visited this steakhouse on Friday night after our children’s CCA session. We were glad we made a reservation, as the restaurant was fully booked and very busy, including the private dining area upstairs. Although the kitchen was clearly under pressure and the steaks took longer than expected, the manager, Elvis, handled the situation very well. He took the time to explain the delay and did his best to ensure all guests still felt attended to and valued. Overall, despite the busy evening, the service recovery was commendable. We will definitely return to support the restaurant again, and appreciate Elvis for his attentive service.

The experience is complemented by classic sides like French onion soup and salad, which round out the meal nicely and add a comforting, bistro-style touch. For those keen to elevate the evening, the additional $30++ for free-flow wine is a worthwhile indulgence, pairing seamlessly with the richness of the beef. Service is attentive and efficient, keeping the flow of food and drinks steady without being intrusive — exactly what you want for a free-flow concept done right. Keep a look out for their frontliner staff, Archanaa . She is most engaging and attentive. Chef will also come around and ask if you have had a good experience and needed more beef. Completed the entire experience. All in all, a fuss-free yet highly satisfying dining experience. Great for casual indulgence, group dinners, or when you simply want quality steak on repeat.

we got the valentines set and the portion was more than enough. wagyu was cooked so well definitely the highlight. burrata was so good too. all the staff were so kind and helpful, honourable mention to bernard 🙌🏻 for being so knowledgeable about the food & wine recommendations. ambience was so good too! 10/10 experience will come back again.
