Kimchi Dining | Korean Restaurant Singapore

A unique Korean dining experience that’s definitely worth a try! 🇰🇷 We ordered the sharing platter for 4 and added the soy-marinated scallops & prawns — both were absolutely yummy. The makgoli bread with butter was really interesting and fragrant, with a light hint of makgoli that made it stand out. The desserts were also excellent and a great way to end the meal. One of the highlights was the woodae galbi — super tender and beautifully marinated. Overall, we had a great dining experience at Kimchi Dining. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the serving speed was impressively fast. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Kimchi Dining (Orchard Central). The food was well-presented and delicious — from the tender sliced pork paired with fresh vegetables to the refreshing cold noodles and flavourful kimchi sides. Everything was well balanced and thoughtfully prepared. The ambience was cosy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed meal. Special thanks to Jerron, who was extremely nice and provided outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to recommend other branches and their specialties, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing meal at Kimchi Dining! Everything we tried was really well done, but the standouts for me were definitely the pork jowl, the makgeolli flight, the makgeolli bread, and the gamjajeon — all were so good and memorable. The pork jowl was especially delicious, with a great texture and flavour, and the makgeolli flight was such a fun way to try different varieties. The makgeolli bun was also a pleasant surprise and something I’d definitely come back for. A special shoutout to our main server, Jaie, and Kris, who were both fantastic throughout the meal. They were attentive, polite, helpful, and made the whole dining experience feel really warm and enjoyable. Great food, lovely presentation, and excellent service. Would definitely recommend Kimchi Dining and I’ll be back again!

This time we went for the Set Menu for 2 pax ($55/person), which includes Makgeolli Bread, Kimchi Platter, Gamjajeon plus: * Choice of one meat * Choice of one noodle * Two desserts The portions were just right for two people—not too filling, yet very satisfying. Makgeolli Bread (2pcs) Served warm, the bread is soft and fluffy. Spread with their charcoal butter, it’s light, fragrant, and not overly rich—perfect as an appetizer. Kimchi Platter You get to try 7 different types of kimchi, ranging from classic napa cabbage to creative variations, each with its unique flavor. Gamjajeon (Potato Pancake) Absolutely delicious! The exterior is lightly crispy while the inside is soft and fluffy. Topped with a generous layer of cheese, it’s savory with a hint of creaminess—so addictive. Pork Jowl SSAM (Korean Lettuce Wrap with Pork Jowl) The pork jowl is pre-grilled with a subtle smoky aroma. Wrapped with cabbage, sauce, and chili, every bite delivers a perfect balance of meaty, savory, and fresh flavors—so satisfying! Jeju Pork Noodles The broth is clear and slightly sweet with a rich pork bone aroma. The noodles soak up the flavorful soup, and the pork slices are tender and tasty. Korean Rice Wine There are four different flavors, and the server suggests tasting them from bitter to sweet. The experience is very ceremonial and enjoyable. Desserts Black Sesame Sundae– rich sesame flavor, smooth and creamy, not overly sweet. Chocolate Injeolmi Tart– a unique combination of chocolate and roasted soybean powder; crispy on the outside with a soft, slightly chewy interior, sweet but not heavy. Overall, it’s a great spot for dates or dining with friends. The environment is cozy, and the rooftop setting adds a lovely evening ambiance.

Ordered a set for 2, consists of the menu below: Makgeoli Kimchi Platter Jeju Pork Noodle Gamjajeon Pork Jowl Everything was impeccable, nothing to pick on. Portion was just right for two. Kimchi Platter was fresh and crunchy. Makgeoli with the Charcoal butter... We added one more set of this for takeaway for the kids after we tasted it. Makgeoli was chewy and soft, charcoal butter was not over oily and is very fragrant. Jeju Pork Noodle soup... I finished the soup. Noodle was smooth and has slight 'chewiness'. Pork pieces consist mostly of meat rather than fats in some other restaurants. Pork Jowl has the light BBQ taste. 10/10 will come back again, and maybe bring the kids along! 😃 Service was a 10/10, all staff were extremely attentive to your needs, polite even when asking for permission to keep the finished food dishes. Cleaned the table before our desserts were served. Dessert was black sesame ice cream with Injeolmi and Chocolate Injeolmi tart were not too sweet and yet flavourful. Drinks we ordered were Berries soda with Yuja sorbet and cold Jeju Tangerine Peel. Sourness and sweetness were just right 👍🏻 Jeju Tangerine Peel tea has a mild fragrance and is light 👍🏻 Thank you for the awesome lunch for our Anniversary! 😊 We enjoyed the food very much
