overall, food was delicious. quality was great for the price and portion. everything was yummy, highly recommend the squid. dessert could have been better, but great experience overall and i would go back. vibes felt very authentic and staff were friendly and tried their best to communicate in english.
Visited Khao Hom Thai Restaurant at Katong and had a really nice experience. They have a wide range of dishes, so there’s something for everyone. The food feels quite authentic and full of flavour. The green curry was rich and creamy, the Pad Thai was well-balanced, and the Thai mango dessert was fresh and really enjoyable, definitely a must-try. Portions were good and service was smooth. Overall, a great spot if you’re craving proper Thai food. Would come back
Authentic Thai food. I'll definitely come back for the crab omelette. It is packed with huge chunks of crab meat and the chilli gives it a powerful punch! We also ordered the kailan and the Maggie Mama salad which were both incredible. The salad is so refreshing and tangy. This is the perfect meal if you want bold flavors that do not hold back! The crab vermicelli and Tom yum (clear) soup were great too. ❤️

The red ruby dessert was especially memorable — the coconut milk was thick, rich, and very fragrant, and it paired perfectly with the ice. The texture of the red ruby itself was excellent and tasted very authentic. 🥥✨ I also highly recommend the mango salad fried fish. The fish was incredibly crispy on the outside yet still juicy inside, and it went so well with the fresh, tangy mango salad. The balance of flavours was just right. 🥭🐟 The black olive fried rice was another standout dish — very fragrant and savoury, with a unique flavour that was not too heavy but very satisfying. 🍚🫒 Overall, a very enjoyable and authentic Thai meal. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Will definitely come back again! 😋
Great Thai food with great flavours. There is something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pad Thai was delicious. After ordering the food came really quickly. A great place for families and friends! Worth the visit!
