I was really looking forward to my Chili Crab experience, after hearing so much about it. As an FYI, I’ve had all types of cooked crab at many places around the world so, looking forward to the famous place in Singapore. The restaurant looked like an expensive place and a few people recommended this place. Once I sat down, I was waiting for the experience to begin. Looked at the menu and the lady recommended the mid crab with the Chili sauce, which is supposed to be their signature dish, and supposed to be sweet and spicey. I was told that the minimum I could order is a 800g (a lot for a single person) and the black pepper crab would be a minimum of 900g. Check the bill for the exact prices. Once the food arrived, I started cracking some claws, and eating with my gloves on. Hmmm, really wasn’t what I expected, it was just mediocre, a little bit of a tangy taste with no spice at all. Wasn’t very impressed at all. Not sure if I should’ve ordered the black pepper crab. Overall, the crab landed me over 110++ The service was great. The restaurant is very nice, very clean and has a pretty good ambiance.

Visited Jumbo Seafood in Singapore after being invited by our local colleagues, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a table booked, but they also accept walk in customers. The highlight of the meal was definitely the crabs; we had two: one prepared with black pepper and the other with chilli sauce. Both were delicious. We also ordered a variety of other side dishes, from oyster with yam to vegetables cooked in a very nice way. I highly recommend the Barley drink. Overall, the food was good!

Celebrated Mother's Day Dinner on 9th May. Did a reservation a week before so it was a breeze to be seated. Thoroughly enjoyed the food, (Mother's Day Set Menu) and with an additional order of seafood fried rice and drinks. Overall the food was good, service was top notched, very friendly and attentive service crews🫶🫶❤️‍🩹. The menu was sufficient for us, We loved the Crispy Noodles very much, and dessert with a huge block of ice at the bottom, not too sweet, just perfect.. However the Chilli crabs had a longer lingering "tomatoes ketchup taste" In the mouth as compared to the other outlet in East Coast. That's the different, personally I liked it, but probably others may find it on the "sweeter side" for chilli crab. While the sea food fried rice was slightly bland, but could be the 'less salt, a healthy you' style of cooking... 🫶 After dinner, you can walk along the river leading to Coleman Bridge with beautiful views. Highly recommended for a family dinner or occasion because the service staff will pamper you with the overall good quality seafood.

Alaskan crab got 50% discount so it was worth the try. We like it. Tried the chilli and steamed type and both are good. But what make the meal enjoyable was the excellent staff services in this restaurant outlet. Special shout out to Michael Jiang, restaurant manager who is cheerful,service-oriented and making sure we are comfortable dining. This is a place to visit to eat good crab.

We recently had a company dinner here and tried a variety of dishes. Overall, the food was good and well-prepared, though it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional. The Chilli Crab with Mantous, Abalone with Broccoli, and Mocha Pork Ribs were all solid, standard choices that hit the mark for a group meal. The Steam Fish and Claypot Vermicelli were fresh, and the Aiyu Jelly was a light, simple way to end the evening. The atmosphere is professional and the service is efficient enough for corporate hosting, making it a dependable and safe choice for a large gathering. It’s a consistent spot if you’re looking for a predictable, quality meal in a nice location.
