Jack's Place SAFRA Punggol

After returning from our short trip to Kota Tinggi, Kitty and I cycled back and decided to have dinner here. This is one of her favourite places. We ordered the Father’s Day set, which includes soup, main course and dessert at SGD 38.50 per set. Kitty chose the fish set, while I chose the beef set, so we could share and enjoy a good variety of flavours. Halfway through our meal, Aerin joined us. As my set did not come with a potato, I asked the manager if we could add one and pay for it. To our surprise, he kindly provided it as a complimentary item for the occasion. We were very touched. Kitty had already added a baked potato to her order at extra cost, so we ended up with two potatoes; it was still a lovely gesture. There were a few small mix ups, but the service recovery was excellent. When Aerin ordered cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup was served by mistake. The staff noticed immediately, brought out the correct soup, and let us keep the chicken soup free of charge. My tenderloin steak was cooked medium rare exactly as requested, tender and full of flavour. Aerin found her meat too rare, and the kitchen happily recooked it to her preferred doneness without delay. Prices are clear and reasonable. The total came to SGD 160.55 inclusive of 10% service charge and 9% GST. The restaurant becomes quite crowded after 7 pm on weekends, so arriving early is advisable. Overall, we had a very satisfactory. dinner. The staff were attentive and quick to put things right. We will definitely return.

We had an excellent dinner experience at Jack's Place at SAFRA. The food was beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. Every dish was served promptly and at the right temperature. What truly made the experience special was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and very accommodating to our needs. The Manager Ms Sherly was also very welcoming, making sure that everything was perfect for our table. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience with great food, warm hospitality, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Fantastic dinner for two! We ordered curly truffle fries, 350g NZ steak and cheese meatballs. Excellent service by Amanda who serve us generously with toppings for the baked potato!

We had a wonderful experience during our lunch gathering at Jack’s Place@SAFRA Punggol. We were particularly impressed with Ms Dada who provided excellent customer service throughout our lunch there. She happily helped us to order our food and she was quick with answering our requests. Seeing that we were trying to take group photos, she volunteered to snap for us. Kudos to Jack’s Place for having such an exemplary employee.

Visited during lunch on a Sunday Afternoon. Food was good, but service leaves room for improvement. We ordered 1 Pasta, but was served with 2 pasta for some reason. And when we raised this, the service staff basically just insisted that we ordered both pasta as we only ordered once via the service staff as the pasta was nowhere to be found in the online menu.
