I asked ith to make my engagement ring and wedding ring. At first, I had no idea what kind of ring I wanted, but after a long consultation, I was able to find my ideal ring. The finished ring was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and it shone so brightly that I gasped when I saw it. The combination of the engagement ring and wedding ring that I was particular about was also perfect, and I'm glad I chose them. We requested custom-made wedding rings. First, we had sample rings sent to our home so we could try them on. We really liked the Martello design, so we visited Kashiwa Atelier for consultation. The staff at the atelier were very attentive, and we were able to relax and enjoyably choose our rings. It was my first time choosing a ring, so I was very nervous, but the attentive, homely atmosphere and friendly service from the staff allowed me to carefully choose a beautiful ring that incorporated all of our favorite elements. As we discussed, the number of points we wanted to be particular about increased, and we ended up with a custom ring with many elements, but they were happy to accommodate us. We are very satisfied with the rings that were truly made just for us! We are also very grateful for the excellent after-sales service.
