"This was our first time doing a renovation. The work involved replacing the 20-year-old entrance floor and repairing a broken handle on the underfloor storage in the kitchen. Communication was extremely smooth, from President Suzuki to the carpenters and everyone who responded to me over the phone, so I was able to consult with them with confidence, even though it was my first renovation. "We decided on this property immediately because it met almost all of our requirements: close to the station (within a 10-minute walk), a spacious living room with a high ceiling, ample storage, a well-designed interior with carefully selected furnishings, and a parking space large enough for two cars. I didn't know what qualifications I should get or what courses I should take, but the nail staff was very kind and listened to me and I was able to decide what I wanted to aim for! The instructor was also very kind, and in addition to the certification preparation courses, there were also courses that were useful for salon work, which was great!! "Its a great location if you have a business in Kashiwa. The transport is close, the urban design and planning around the building is also really pleasant. Plenty of food and coffee options around too. The fees are not too expensive either. The facilities inside are great with a really good open space for work. Free meeting rooms, guests are allowed in, and it allows for plenty of opportunities to connect with other people. The only downside is that the climate control is sometimes off, with many times feeling too warm inside the workspace."
