I had an incredible dining experience at Inori! The quality of the food is top-tier; every dish was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. From the melt-in-your-mouth sashimi to the perfectly seasoned rolls, you can really tell they use premium ingredients. What made the night even better was the service. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Japanese cuisine and a warm atmosphere!
Hidden gem at Bukit Timah. Really good Japanese food. Located within the compounds of the Church of St Joseph (Bt.Timah). Went on a weekday evening (Wednesday) and it was quite crowded. Service staff was very attentive. The atmosphere is similar to a cafe. But its really cosy. Overall, good staff and great food!
Reviewing with an empty bowl because when it arrived I was too hungry and I saw how good it was, oh well.. Was abit skeptical of the prices at first, but after receiving them, wow.. Salmon Don - thic, and I mean THICCC and fresh slices of salmon, rice is decent, but they added sesame, seaweed, some special sugar and salt for the rice that made it a good mix. There was also 2 additional tamago slices along with some picked lotus with ginger. Only lacking abit of salt, but with soy sauce it blends well. It was plated really nicely too but oh well.. Chawanmushi - looks home made, and really lots better than chains outside, meat can be a little bit fresher inside but still.. really good. Yakitori chicken wing - flame and char taste is really good, chicken wing was also split down a little so it was easy to eat. Green tea - the hot tea bag was the better one, and they're really attentive to top up without prompt, service was good and pretty quick!
Quiet and peaceful Japanese restaurant below St Joseph Church (Bukit Timah). Cam here for dinner with family. Liked the prompt service and good portion sizes here. The staff were also very friendly and played with my daughter while we ate. We really liked the sushi salad, unagi roll and tamago. Would definitely come back again to try their other menu offerings soon!
Had a very special japanese cuisine. Special selection of fresh fishes from japan, served in sashimi, grilled and stew. (Do ask about their twice weekly shipped cargo fish) Very fresh and reasonably priced. Excellent service and had an enriching talk with head chef steven and his colleagues. Highly recommended and definitely will come back.
