My daughter joined ILLAC when she was in the middle of Primary 4. At first, I found the structure of the classes quite different from other enrichment centres, which left me a little unsure. However, over time, I began to understand and truly appreciate Mrs Wee’s teaching approach—and I now find it very effective. Mrs Wee is highly focused and clear in her objective: aiming for an AL1. She emphasizes practical strategies that help students perform and score well, rather than unnecessary extras. What I especially like is that, even in a group setting, she pays close attention to each child’s individual weaknesses. She actively targets these areas and consistently drills the students until they improve and get things right. Although she is firm, she has a great way of connecting with the children. My daughter genuinely enjoys her classes and looks forward to attending them, which says a lot about Mrs Wee’s ability to balance discipline with encouragement.

Very thankful to have found ILLAC. We started with ILLAC just 6 months before PSLE and my son's grades improved so much at PSLE. We then went on to join their secondary school programme and had a headstart in sec, by end of sec 1, my son topped the cohort in the level of math he's taking! Really really thankful for the patient teachers and guidance from ILLAC, if not for their perseverance and motivation, he wouldn't have been able to grow from a weak student to a top student.

What I value most is the detailed feedback provided after each lesson, as it helps both students and parents clearly understand which areas need improvement.

I always see Mrs Wee's students gg and leaving her class happily. Too bad I only found her beginning of this yr...i definitely see much improvements after my child attended her class for only 6 mths. She's able to make kids understand easily the various concepts and help provide specific guidance for your child individual needs. ILLAC have been a great learning hub for a long period of time. Since the center started from West Gate till shifted to Vision exchange the experience was positive till today. I like to thanks Mrs. Wee for all her hard work all these years that have assisted my boy from his pre-school till he just finish his P6. It was hard looking back but again no regards. Great Job! Thanks ILLAC and Mrs Wee once again.
