One of the good duck rice stalls in the western part of sg! Nestle inside a small canteen, very good duck and kway chup which is season just nice with the old tradition taste. Very friendly boss too! Have to be early due to limited sitting and parking lots.
Really good and delicious boneless duck rice and kway chup. Sauce slightly salty. Totally recommended to travel to Tuas to eat this. Come at 11am (queue started to from 1130am)
Ordered half a braised duck, a kway chap set with added intestine, and 3 packets of rice — total came to $40. The braised duck was very good: meaty, juicy and tender, and definitely the highlight of the meal. For the other items such as the 滷味 selection and the kway chap soup, the seasoning was a little on the salty side for my personal preference. Taste is subjective, and others may enjoy it more. The boss is friendly and welcoming. If I’m in the Tuas or Jurong area and craving braised duck, I would return for it. To me, the duck is worth the price, though it’s always best for others to try and decide for themselves.
