Haidilao Hot Pot @ Royal Square Novena

Here’s a polished review you can use: ⸻ Visited Haidilao Hot Pot recently and, as expected, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive throughout the meal, which really makes the dining experience stand out. However, the soup base this time was a little underwhelming. It tasted slightly plain and lacked the depth of flavour I’ve come to expect from Haidilao. While the ingredients were fresh and the overall experience was still enjoyable, the soup didn’t quite hit the mark. Overall, still a solid place for hotpot mainly because of the top-notch service, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the soup quality.

Fantastic service from Coco!!! She’s very attentive and ensures we have a great time here. The food is great because she’s able to cook it for us and ensure right cook timings :) The environment is clean and food arrives timely. Great place for families and friends to gather for a casual dinner or celebrate an occasion. They even sing bday song on your bday!!

Fantastic service from Qiqi and team! It's my first time at HDL and also my birthday month. Qiqi was so patient in helping me register to be a member and giving recommendations. She even surprised me with birthday noodles and a birthday platter! Thank you so much, I'll be back soon!

Had such a great experience at Hai Di Lao. Huge thanks to Mon Mon for the exceptional service. She was very accommodating, incredibly attentive, and had amazing attention to detail throughout our meal. She made sure everything was taken care of and checked in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Service like hers really elevates the whole dining experience. Will definitely be back!

As usual service is great but food is OK at most! We came for the service and dancing noodles. The dancing noodles this time is not as nicely done, but my child still loves it! We opt for that 39.90++ meals: Sauces and condiments 4.80++ per pax Choice 1 protein 2 Drinks Quarter pot soup with 2 soup based of your choice 2 carbs which basically cannot choose, you get a Instant Noodles and a bowl of white rice! 1 side dish which is the 6pcs fried Mantou. As we are celebrating birthday, we got a FOC birthday platters. Will we come again? Yes!
