We had a great meal here from start to finish. Every dish was well executed and the service was attentive and friendly. The mango salad was refreshing and made a good start to the meal. The prawn cakes were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We also ordered the stir-fried squid with sambal. The squid was tender and the sambal added great flavor. The sweet and sour fish was fresh and served in a generous portion, making it ideal for sharing. To finish, we had the brownie and the pineapple dessert. Both were served warm and paired well with the ice cream. We liked that the desserts were not overly sweet.

Had a lovely dining experience at Galangal Bishan. The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for family gatherings or catching up with friends. The Thai food was delicious and well-balanced in flavour. I especially enjoyed the bbq squid with Thai chili sauce and fish Cakes. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal.Overall, a great place for authentic Thai food in Bishan. Would definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful experience at Galangal Cuisine. They offer a wide variety of Thai-style dishes and every meal I tried was delicious and full of flavor. The portions were generous and perfectly suited to my taste. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and experienced in helping customers choose and customize dishes based on their preferences. They were also very helpful in recommending the right portion sizes according to the number of guests, which made the dining experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy authentic Thai-style cuisine. It is a great spot for all age groups, whether for couples, family dinners, or gatherings with friends.

Great service, appearance of dishes were well presented. Taste wise, the fish and bbq squid were the best among the dishes, long beans with prawns are nice as well. Tom yam soup has room for improvement. However, it had been a delightful meal in a nice rosy setting. Service from Joy and Azrun were fantastic. Knowing it's a birthday celebration, Joy brought over a ice cream sundae to our surprise. Everything was amazing and we will definitely revisit the restaurant.

Had such a lovely meal at Galangal! Hidden inside the stadium area is this beautiful Thai café that feels like a pink floral garden 🌷 Perfect for both casual gatherings and photo taking. The food was honestly impressive — huge portions, very affordable, and full of authentic Thai flavors. We came with a group of friends and ordered quite a lot: The Thai Prawn Cakes were crispy outside with super bouncy prawn filling, and the dipping sauce made them even better. The Honey Garlic Fried Chicken is an absolute must-order every single time — crispy, juicy, and so addictive. Their Clear Tom Yum Seafood Soup was packed with prawns, squid, and clams. Loved that the soup was flavorful without being overly spicy or sour. The Thai Basil Chicken with Eggplant was so fragrant and satisfying, especially with the crispy eggplant strips. The Crispy Fish with Sweet & Sour Sauce came beautifully presented as a whole fried fish, fresh and crispy with a perfectly balanced sauce that went so well with rice. Pineapple Fried Rice was another favorite — wok hei aroma, juicy pineapple chunks, and generous prawns made it super comforting. Desserts were surprisingly good too! The grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream was such a fun hot-and-cold combination, and the Ondeh-Ondeh Cake had rich pandan and coconut flavors without being overly sweet. Drinks were great as well — the Thai Milk Tea and Thai Green Milk Tea tasted very authentic, just like the ones in Thailand. Definitely one of those places I’ll keep coming back to after workouts or for gatherings with friends. Great atmosphere, delicious food, generous portions, and very reasonable prices.
