Everything from the appetizers down to the desserts were excellent. We were given hearty portions worth of appetizers which all had very unique taste profiles. Although the bread didn’t feel so special, the beef and cheese mixed with corn and the meat pie were very unique and enjoyable. I chose the Argentenian Ribeye and it was cooked very nicely. Every bite was fatty and juicy. The dessert was also amazing. My father who rarely ever eats dessert finished the plate. The atmosphere is wonderful and so is the view. The service is also amazing. I would definitely come back here again.

My first visit to FIRE at 1atico so I thought trying their Restaurant Week menu would be a good introduction. The restaurant offers stunning views of the Orchard Road vicinity and beyond from level 55 of Ion Sky. Fortunately the food matched the excellence of the view. Starters of herbs and juniper smoked duck and smoked and marinated salmon were both imaginative and tasty. The Argentinian rib eye steak was grilled just right, with a good mix of bite and searing while the sea bass was fresh and perfectly matched with shaved fennel and citrus vinaigrette. Service was both friendly and attentive without being intrusive.

Had dinner here on Good Friday ! We ordered Tomato Salad, 3 Empanadas, Humita Tamale, Grilled Provolet, Lamb Rack, Boneless Ribeye, Black Cod, which I think is enough for 3 people. The ambience is really classy and chill, which I really liked. All the food was really good, but what stood out to me the most will have to be the Boneless Ribeye !! It tastes really amazinggggg I would also recommend the Black Cod personally, as the sauce is cooked with clams I presume? which is very yummy. This is my first time trying Argentinian food and I would have to say that it was a great experience ! It was about $100+ per person for 3 pax πŸ˜‹ oh and the view was stunning, we managed to catch a rare blood moon πŸŒ•

Up on the 56th floor with a view overlooking Singapores different directions there is an Argentinian restaurant. Great dishes both meat, fish and vegetarian. Their starters are really nice, we shared their Buffalo salad and some other smaller dishes. And then I had chicken that was great. The Hazelnut Praline dessert was delicious! For wines we listened to their sommelier and had great options. It’s a restaurants with many seats, but I would still book before as it’s often full.

Great unobstructed views of the eastern side of SG from this restaurant which really makes this place special. Along with excellent service by our dedicated server Winne who made a birthday lunch so enjoyable here. Food wise is good as well, top notch ribeye steak and something like a salmon tartare. The rest were pretty good as well!
