Excellent service from reception to the moment I paid my bill. The warm welcome and attentive care made all the difference. The great ambience was perfect—quiet enough for easy conversation. A special shout-out to Alex (Alessandro), who by the way is a certified sommelier who made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. I’ve been a frequent customer at Etna (Upper East Coast) for a while now, so I’m never surprised by the quality of the food and how good it tastes. i know it’s will sound kind of strange to compliment the steak in a Italian restaurant - but that was the dish i loved most followed by the burrata. My daughter and wife all votes for the Tagliatelle alla Callara which i also agree is the best paste of the 3 we ordered. all in all, its was a great meal and now that i know there is a Etna in the city i will be bringing colleagues here.

I went there for date night earlier this year, and honestly it's a fantastic place for a date! The food is phenomenally good. We ordered the Tagliatelle alla Callara (tagliatelle in lamb sauce) and the Etna pizza (mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, parma ham, cream cheese and pistachios). The pasta was nice but the pizza was really really good! Definitely worth trying. They also gave free focaccia bread at the start of the meal (which was amazing)!! The total damage was $70 for the meal, which is pretty decent, given the quality of food, location, service and atmosphere. Service staff were warm, friendly and attentive, and checked in on us to see if we were enjoying the food (which we were!) The restaurant is dimly lit for a more intimate atmosphere. It is also well located at Duxton, and just a short walk away from Maxwell MRT. I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back!

We ordered vongole, crab pasta and Etna pizza, which were all delicious and some of the best Italian food we’ve had in SG! Service was also fantastic - the staff would periodically check if everything was ok and if we enjoyed the food. I had also indicated that it was my fiance’s birthday in the reservation and they very generously served us a gelato on the house. Overall a great dining experience and will definitely come back! 😍

A cozy Italian spot with beautifully presented dishes and friendly service. While every dish was delicious, the ‘Chef special pizza’ with Parma ham threw us off as it arrived lukewarm and was presented like a quesadilla. Alessandro and server took the time to explain the specific temperature control to preserve the ham’s delicate flavor. The desserts were a spectacular finish (even if I missed filming the ‘egg smashing’ moment!) and a thank you for the birthday message. Definitely a place we will come back to.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Etna Italian Restaurant and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a special occasion. The staff were attentive and made the evening feel extra special. The food was delicious — from the Pizza Burrata & Fish on fire. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’d recommend Etna for anyone looking for authentic Italian food and great service.
