Daily change of menu is available which makes it all refreshing ! - price point rather high for a small time dining place - Bartender was superb as i requested for a HOT cocktail. Tasted sweet yet refreshing - Lamb neck grilled over charcoal extremely tender - grill pork & kidney was also grilled over charcoal , we all loved it! Price point for pork slightly pricey - the liver was grilled to perfection - sauces provided was slow cooked reduced . Intense lamb/pork scent when drizzled upon the meats Yes i will head back there again

Dirty Supper has quickly become one of my favourite restaurants in Singapore, and I’ve been back several times now. Helmed by chef-owner Peter Smit (sometimes spelled Smith in reviews), this intimate spot at 78 Moh Guan Terrace in Tiong Bahru delivers exactly what it promises: bold, no-nonsense Modern Australian cooking with a strong focus on whole-animal, nose-to-tail eating. The menu is small, ever-changing, and built around creative small plates (with a few larger options). Expect thoughtful, flavour-packed dishes that make full use of every part of the animal — think pig head nuggets, salt & pepper tripe, duck hearts, or whatever fresh produce and proteins are in season that day. Nothing feels gimmicky; everything is executed with real skill and a touch of fun. The grilling is excellent, the plating is beautiful without being fussy, and the flavours are confident and satisfying. What I love most is how consistently enjoyable every visit has been. Whether I’m sharing a bunch of small plates with friends or going for a more substantial meal, the quality stays high. The space is casual and lively, perfect for a relaxed dinner, and the savoury cocktail list from Dirty Sips pairs brilliantly with the food. If you enjoy adventurous eating, great produce, and creative Modern Australian cuisine without the pretence, Dirty Supper is a must. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely keep returning

What a way to close out my time here in Singapore! So happy I stumbled across this gem! Unpretentious and grunge like aesthetic combined with warm hospitality and simple, well prepared food. This is exactly the type of restaurant I would love to see more of all over the world. Add in their zero waste and whole animal butchery philosophy and you have a restaurant set up for ever changing and always delicious options! Let the chef take care of your selection with the dirty feast, sit back, and enjoy the ride!

came after dinner , just wanted a drink so ordered a side to go with the drink. Drink is special and nice 👍, food presentation is nice but taste is just ok. It’s a nice cozy place to dine in. Bread and butter pudding with whiskey cream was nice! Not sure about the mains as I didn’t try.

Incredible concept with great service. Loved that they had so many specials on offer although their staples like the Bavette shouldn’t be slept on. The other reviewers are right about the food being served on the colder side though even for the freshly roasted dishes but that doesn’t take away from the fact that they still taste phenomenal. 9/10 food is really better when it’s done dirty 😉
