I definitely did not have a great experience with Defiant. I’m not sure if it was the individuals I was allocated, but it felt like no one really knew each other. On one occasion, they even argued on a Zoom call. They all worked from home, and they were savagely expensive for what they delivered. The results we saw, compared to previous arrangements, were well below expectations.
Defiant just delivered our biggest Meta and Google campaign to date in September. It's been awesome to work with the team and evolve our ways of working around how we run complex partnership campaigns with many Charities.
