"I definitely did not have a great experience with Defiant. I’m not sure if it was the individuals I was allocated, but it felt like no one really knew each other. On one occasion, they even argued on a Zoom call. They all worked from home, and they were savagely expensive for what they delivered. The results we saw, compared to previous arrangements, were well below expectations."
