We built a custom home about a year ago. ⭐︎The Super Wall Construction (SW Construction) method is the most appealing feature. It's a two-story house, but in winter, we only run the air conditioner in the living room, keeping the second floor warm. (There's only a small void.) We also run the air conditioner in the living room all the time in the summer, but it's fine because we have solar panels on. 🙆‍♀️ ⭐︎Our home is all-electric, but I really wanted a gas clothes dryer, so I hooked it up there. Considering the effort of hanging and taking in the clothes, I think 100 yen per load is a good deal. (9kg DX) It's comfortable without worrying about the weather or pollen. ⭐︎Circulation It can be approached from multiple directions, so it doesn't get in the way of our family of three. It's just so convenient. ⭐︎You won't find anything from a major company I think it's a place that's really accommodating to your preferences. They work with you to make your wishes come true. I was also impressed by the carpenters' masterful work. It was a big purchase, so I had a lot of worries, but I'm glad I went ahead with the build. I've achieved a comfortable and happy life 🫶Thank you for listening to all my whims☺️

I was thinking about building a house with a construction company when I found out about Kukan Kobo and consulted with them. I decided to go with them because I was convinced they could build my ideal home that combined functionality and design. They even came by the other day to bring me a year-end gift. Even now, 10 years later, I'm so glad I chose the Super Wall construction method back then. Thanks to them, the toilet and bathroom dressing room aren't cold in the winter, and in the summer, even if I leave the air conditioner on at 27°C, my electricity bill is almost zero, so I'm living a really comfortable life. I was so glad I had my house built by Kukan Kobo that I recommended them to a friend, and they also built their house with Kukan Kobo! Now that my children are grown, I'd like to use their services for future renovations as well.

It's been about five years since our house was built, and we're still living there comfortably. They were flexible in accommodating us on the small details, from the timing of meetings, to things that a major housing manufacturer would have dismissed, so we were able to build a home that we're very satisfied with. They also handled maintenance and other matters sincerely after construction, which still gives me a sense of security.

An acquaintance of mine built a stylish and beautiful new home with Kukan Kobo, so when I was planning to renovate their bathroom and kitchen, they introduced me to Kukan Kobo. I got quotes from several companies, but I was attracted by the price and the personality of our sales representative, Mr. K (now the president), so I decided to hire Kukan Kobo for the work. Later, I also asked them to do the exterior wall and roof work. The carpenters, plasterers, painters, and other craftsmen were all very nice. I'll never go back to the way I was living before the renovation; my days are now comfortable. When I contact Mr. K with even the smallest of issues, he's always happy to help and respond. He's now like a lifesaver in my home (laughs). I plan to ask Kukan Kobo for help in the future if I need help.
