"We built a custom home about a year ago. ⭐︎The Super Wall Construction (SW Construction) method is the most appealing feature. It's a two-story house, but in winter, we only run the air conditioner in the living room, keeping the second floor warm. (There's only a small void.) We also run the air conditioner in the living room all the time in the summer, but it's fine because we have solar panels on. 🙆♀️ ⭐︎Our home is all-electric, but I really wanted a gas clothes dryer, so I hooked it up there. Considering the effort of hanging and taking in the clothes, I think 100 yen per load is a good deal. (9kg DX) It's comfortable without worrying about the weather or pollen. ⭐︎Circulation It can be approached from multiple directions, so it doesn't get in the way of our family of three. It's just so convenient. ⭐︎You won't find anything from a major company I think it's a place that's really accommodating to your preferences. They work with you to make your wishes come true. I was also impressed by the carpenters' masterful work. It was a big purchase, so I had a lot of worries, but I'm glad I went ahead with the build. I've achieved a comfortable and happy life 🫶Thank you for listening to all my whims☺️"
