The wipe-clean plates said it all! We happened to chance upon this place after seeing the many positive reviews and decided to give it a try. We ordered the prawn roast and the mutton ribs seeraga samba briyani, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The briyani was flavourful, aromatic, and paired perfectly with the tender mutton. However, the prawn roast truly stole the show. The prawns were fresh, well-seasoned, right amount of heat! A wonderful meal from start to finish, and definitely a place we would return to. Highly recommended!

Balu & Surya have brought the authentic taste of Tamil Nadu to the table! The Seeraga Samba Biryani was flavorful and aromatic, while the Chettinad Chicken and Parottas were simply delicious. If you’re craving a genuine Tamil Nadu-style biryani, don’t miss this spot!

We had such a memorable dining experience at Chola Cafe. First, a huge shoutout to Chef Balu, the owner himself, who is incredibly meticulous and deeply passionate about his craft. What truly stood out was how he personally took the time to articulate every method and ingredient behind the dishes we ordered. You can immediately sense that this is not just a business to him, but a labour of love. His attention to detail and commitment to authenticity is rare and so refreshing. Rajath, who served us, was equally impressive. Courteous, warm, and attentive, his sense of hospitality was superb. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout the entire meal. Now to the main event, the food. THE SEERAGA SAMBA BRIYANI! WE WENT FOR Mutton Ribs & Chinthamani Chicken BRIYANI! Every dish was unique and original, yet carried such a comforting, home cooked deliciousness that is hard to replicate. It did not feel commercialised or overdone, it felt thoughtful, intentional, and crafted with heart. Even the water deserves special mention, rosewood and jeera infused, giving it a beautiful pink hue and a subtle, refreshing flavour. That level of detail says everything about the place. Chola Cafe is not just about eating, it is about experiencing food with heart.

"Briyani Lover's Paradise! Absolutely Exceptional!" We ordered chicken briyani & mutton ribs fry. Dishes are perfectly explained by the owner and served properly. If you are serious enthusiasist, you must try this place. The seeraga samaba mutton chukkan briyani was revelation. The aroma hit me as soon as the briyani pot arrived at my table. The taste delivered on all the promises. The short grain seeraga samba rice was perfectly cooked and infused with a complex, balanced blend of spices - not overly spicy but incredibly flavorful. The mutton pieces were melt in your mouth tender and juicy. No gamey smell at all. Deeply marinated and cooked with expertise. Highly Highly Recommended.

Ordered chicken Varuval and seeraga samba Mutton sukka Biriyani. The taste was fantastic. Authenticity is well maintained and taste as it tastes in India, in a way it is unique and better than that. Place to the visit and try the food and the service. Happy with the service.
