A Disappointing Experience with Champs Tuition Centre Pte. Ltd. I'm extremely disappointed with the service from Champs Tuition Centre Pte. Ltd. I reached out to them via WhatsApp on 29 Mar to enquire about P5 Science Tuition, understanding that it was a Sunday and they were closed. However, the next day (30 Mar), I waited for a reply, but there was complete radio silence. I sent another WhatsApp message, followed by a call, but no one picked up. I even tried calling using my landline, and still, no response. It was only after I sent another WhatsApp message asking why there was no one responding that I finally got a reply asking who I was. What's shocking is that they hadn't even checked my earlier message about my enquiry! It's clear that they have no desire or responsibility to serve customers. It's a case of working just for the sake of working, without any passion or care for the students or parents they're supposed to be helping. This lack of responsibility and customer service is appalling. If they're not willing to respond to basic enquiries, how can parents trust them with their child's education? It's unacceptable. There are plenty of centres that care about their students and parents. - Don't waste your time with Champs Tuition Centre Pte. Ltd. - they'll leave you hanging. This kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the centre's values and work ethic. It's clear they're not interested in providing quality service or building trust with parents. I'm sharing my experience so others can avoid this disappointment.

My son has been attending Champs Tuition for six months, and his studies have shown significant improvement. He thoroughly enjoys Mrs. Goh's classes, appreciating her teaching methods and kind, patient approach. The center has proven to be a supportive and motivating environment for him. I was pleasantly surprised by his Term 2 results and am sincerely grateful to Mrs. Goh for her dedication in helping him reach his potential.

My two children have been attending Mr. and Mrs. Goh's tuition for some time now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The teachers are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and approachable. They create a comfortable learning environment where my children feel encouraged to ask questions and seek help whenever needed. I have recommended a few friends to the center, and their kids enjoy the lessons there too. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for effective and affordable tuition. My child is currently with Champs Tuition for 6 months. Her studies has improved so much. She loves going to Mrs & Mr Goh's classes. She can understand very well their teaching methods and they are very kind and patient with students. I feel that this centre suits my child very well. Her WA results came as a surprise for me, I'm happy that she is striving with the support from Mrs Goh and Mr Goh.

We joined Champs Tuition Centre in May 20. My Girl has focus and confident issues so she need someone with a lot patience to pull her back to lesson at hand. She has improved during her end of year exam under Mrs Goh coaching. Not only that, my boy was also signed up his science lesson with Mr Goh. Surprised that he scored Band 1. The teachers were experienced and understood the syllabus at their back of their hands. They were able to positively influence the children in liking a subject that they had never once liked too. Most importantly, they were able to connect with my children at their level and this has enhanced the learning process for them efficiently. Strongly recommended Champs Tuition Centre 👍
