Good food, affordable price and great customer service. The crew is very friendly and Ailyn taught us how to make bibimbap. The place is usually very packed, but i think since we went during this time, it’s just nice. We can talk to each other and enjoy the buffet. Recommended place for family and friends.

Service is a highlight, the staff are friendly and attentive. The only downside is that it can get crowded and a bit cramped during peak hours, but going at quieter times improves the experience. Overall, good value, enjoyable atmosphere, and worth returning.

Came here for a team gathering — such a nice place with halal food. Great value for the price and variety offered. The food is tasty too! Only downside is the food area can feel a bit cramped when it’s crowded. Usually ice-cream are free however you need to put your review for sake of enjoying your dessert. But it doesn’t affect the good impression of enjoying our dinner here.

Had a wonderful lunch at Captain Kim, Tampines! They are currently having a great promotion, making the dining experience even more worthwhile. We made a reservation for 8 people by phone, and Selvi was very helpful and friendly in arranging everything for us. The booking process was smooth and pleasant. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Considering the quality and selection available, the price is incredibly affordable and offers fantastic value for money. A special mention to Ilakkiya, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of. In fact, all the staff were very attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Selvi for going above and beyond to help us. After we reached home, my nephew realized that he had left his mobile phone in the toilet. The toilet is not part of Captain Kim but belongs to the NTUC building, if I'm not mistaken. My sister called Selvi for assistance, and Alhamdulillah, she managed to locate the phone and kept it safely for us until we could collect it. We truly appreciate her kindness, honesty, and willingness to help even after our meal was over. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would highly recommend Captain Kim at Tampines to anyone looking for good food, great service, and excellent value. I had a really pleasant experience at Captain Kim (Tampines Junction). I’d like to give a special shoutout to the wonderful staff who were incredibly kind and attentive, especially towards families with babies. It was quite hot outside, and they thoughtfully invited us to wait inside, even arranging a seat for us while we waited for our table.
