Today I accidentally dropped a cup of Coke at this place and made quite a mess on the floor. I immediately apologized and offered to help clean it up because I felt really bad about it. The staff member there, Uncle Mr David, responded instantly with kindness. He told me, “No, it’s ok. No need to be guilty about it, it’s my job.” His calm and reassuring response really stood out to me. Even though it might seem like a small moment, the way he handled the situation showed genuine patience, professionalism, and kindness. Instead of making me feel embarrassed, he made me feel understood and at ease. People like Uncle Mr David make a real difference in everyday places. His positive attitude and dedication to his work deserve recognition. Thank you for being such a kind and thoughtful person it really made my day better.

Had a wonderful experience at Burger King Hougang Rivercourt! The restaurant was clean, cozy, and well-organized. It’s always nice to dine in a place that feels comfortable and well taken care of. A big shoutout to Akmal Taqi for his excellent service! He was very polite, efficient, and made sure everything was done perfectly. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. priority order was late. sent wrong burger, ordered BBQ but sent mushroom... . onion rings were cold. barely any mushroom in it. pathetic quality.

Have not seen a Burger King that is so quiet and empty. Service is fast, just a typical Burger King outlet.
